Young scientists are experts in their respective fields. However, career development requires more than just pure expertise and substantive competence. Our offer relates precisely to that area, the "soft skills". These are helpful for the efficient design of a scientific career, but are usually not part of the subject area of the respective faculties.
In order to remedy this and create more air in the future, the topics of this workshop are:
