The afternoon would contain of three lectures covering:
1) Sample prep (general proteomics, phosphoproteomics, acetylomics, AP-MS measurements)
2) Basic Principles of MS data aqusition (DDA, DIA, spatial proteomics)
3) Data analysis (bioinformatics)
